What goes in a Press Kit???

While preparing for a book signing, my librarian requested a Press Kit.  I said, "Ahh, okay.  I believe I have that..  I'll get it to you."   Below is my research...  Although there were others, these are the articles that helped me the most.

How do you write a Press Release?
