Morning Prayer​

​​​Heavenly Father, thank you for all things.  Father, thank you for reminding us to have a moment of reflection.  Remind us that, regardless of our challenges, take a minute to smell the roses; take a minute to reflect on who means something to us; and take a minute to receive the memory of God's blessings.  Father God, we thank you for this moment to breathe in your goodness, before we take on the day.  In Jesus’ name we pray and praise.  Amen.

When I read this scripture, my mind saw Jesus standing, head bowed, breathing, remembering his experiences and the love of his friends. Then gathering strength from Heaven and Earth through Love.  We, too, should remember to gather strength from Heaven and from those angels God has placed on earth to walk with us.  My heart is full. Amen and Happy Weekend.

Morning Prayer

​Heavenly Father, thank you for all things.  Father, guide our hearts and our tongues.  Father, sometimes we pray for words to say, then we say what we want to.  Father prick our mouths and hold our tongues, while allowing us to seek ye first and think of the words that we are saying.  Father, as we draw closer to you, remind us to say and do what you have called us to,  not what we choose to.   In Jesus' name we pray.  Amen.
